Worst customer and claims handling service. You will need to wait for about 30 to 40 minutes before anyone will answer your call. They dont deserve even one star but the system would not allow me to post these comments without selecting at least one star.

Tried to talk to a human to sort out my policy, near on impossible! I had no paperwork or email access so didn't have my policy number. You NEED this to be put through by the automated service. Absolute nightmare for me as I didn't have this. Hence the 3* rating.

Wasted time taking information only to provide no quote based on the vehicle and postcode... Should be aware prior to taking details as to whether or not underwriters are willing to insure vehicles in a particular postcode area or nor before wasting time taking details.

Called Aviva about adding another car to my policy, very disappointing everything is automated so i couldn't actually speak to a person which is really frustrating

The lowest of the low when it comes to insurance providers. They sneakily try and get you to say that you had a pre existing issue about 50 times even if you say at the start you have nothing. They will proceed to ask you many times. Geared up to save money not offer health care assistance in first instance.
