Hereford Gold

We spotted Hereford Gold on Etsy and decided to pay them a visit in person. It was well worth the hour's drive to find a present for my daughter's 21st. They have a vast range of beautiful second hand/vintage pieces at very reasonable prices. The staff were very patient as my daughter took her time to decide between all the rings she liked. If you are looking for something special and unique at a price to beat the big stores, you will be spoilt for choice.

What a delight to discover this fantastic place. Went in looking for something fabulous but didn’t know what fabulous was...following an informative tutorial I do now! All staff are knowledgable and generous with their time and advice. The additional & unexpected bonus was the price that paid me ....(yes paid me) for broken tangled bits of jewellery, indeed so generous that I bought a ring to match my necklace. My advice is tip out your jewellery box and head straight to HG with your remnants then treat yourself to something from their extensive range of goodies. I visited Hereford Gold at the end of February and bought two rings, one of which needed to be enlarged. Within three working days the ring was posted back to me by secure postage and fits perfectly. Great service, great value and friendly helpful staff . Will definitely pay another visit in the future.

Bought the most beautiful vintage teardrop ring from Hereford Gold’s Etsy storefront. Delivery was on time & well presented & packaged. So looking forward to wearing this at my niece’s wedding, as the pink gemstone complements my outfit perfectly. Great find!

Popped in today to get a new battery for my watch.Gentleman in there checked the battery that was in my watch and realised the battery was fine but there was a problem with the battery connection. Fixed for me whilst I waited.Hinds jewellers had told me the watch needed a service and wanted to charge me £149.00 !!Will definitely be using this shop in the future. A1 service.

So glad we didn’t go to one of the chains in town! Choice, prices and especially service were absolutely perfect. Even though we didn’t have a lot of money to spend we were treated the same as someone buying a £1000 ring. You can tell the owner is very passionate about jewelry and cares about making customers happy.

Ignorant old man behind counter (owner I expect). Jewellery is all rubbish and it all needs melting for scrap, it's all junk that no one wants. Also don't come here if you need your nose piercing as they butcher you with a gun when they suppose to use a hot needle.

Needed my wedding band stretching 1 size bigger. First I went to a chain outlet. £ 56.00 quoted expensive I thought. My thoughts turned out right. Went to Hereford Gold. The young lady done the job in 5 minutes for under a fiver. What can I say to that except A1 service, I felt like a valid costumer that was spending thousands of pounds. Would I use Hereford Gold again.? Every time now for purchases and alterations. Thank you so much H/G for a compassionate service. I feel I have an old friend back on my finger after not being able to were my wedding ring for so long due to 2 vertabray prolapsed in my next causing swelling to my left hand and fingers.
