I had the pleasure of dealing Zee to purchase my new car. I can’t rave enough the professionalism- building a calm and caring environment but maintaining an outstanding rapport with me. He was efficient and punctual with everything and continued to provide me with regular updates regarding the car. He went above and beyond and was able to provide an outstanding customer service by being responsive and prompt with his replies. Overall, I was extremely happy and would recommend him and South East London Audi to my friends and family.

I wish i could give 0 stars. Booked my car in for a service and MOT this was pricey but I thought it would be worth it because of the level of service. I was wrong. Not only did they try to charge me a ridiculous amount for extra unnecessary work that I politely declined. The next day I noticed a overwhelming smell of petrol coming from the car so I had to take it back again. This is now because one of the car parts is leaking, this wasn't leaking before they serviced it. They then tried to charge me a further £1239 with £816 of that being labour. I sent my car in for a full service and MOT and now it's in a worse state then before. I do not trust how they serviced my car and on top of that they didn't even clean the car afterwards like some other Audi centres do despite it saying complimentary clean on the invoice. I wouldn't risk bringing my car here again. I've had to go to another mechanic and pay even more money to rectify whatever has gone wrong here

Russell provided us with a great level of servicing. We arrived earlier than our scheduled time which was not a problem for Russell. He was friendly, knowledgeable and to the point. Thank you Audi team and Russell for a great experience.

Absolutely awful. Booked my car in for some recalls, I had to wait weeks for an appointment. Took my car in at 2pm, it sat there till 5pm with no phone call to collect, I had to call only for them to tell me they didn’t fix it “as they didn’t have the correct bolts for my car”. You would think after waiting for weeks for the appointment they would atlest make sure they have the correct parts, anyway I was told when I collect the car we will make a new appointment. When I came to collect the car I was told that as the lady dealing with me was busy she will call me to book an appointment that day or the next day. Well I’m sat here 3 days later and I haven’t been called, I spoke to the lady yesterday and she promised to call the same day, she didn’t. Called today again only to be told she’s busy. You would think they would take safety recalls seriously. Honestly so let down by the service, I’m just going to have to book my car in with a different Audi with the hope I’ll be treated better. What a let down this dealer is to the Audi name.

Phoned on 26\09\23 was told I could not have my fault looked at which is under warranty until 01\11\23. 5 weeks? What I don't understand is why they were able to book in my MOT & service for 12\10\23? Makes no sense? Maybe because I have to pay for the mot & service? They have my car for a whole day why not look at my camera fault then? Also I was informed that because my warranty ran out on 01\11\23 I might not be covered. How is it my fault if they can't book me in for 5 weeks! It's like their processes are there to confuse & frustrate customers! It's always the same here been like it for years they just can't seem to improve......

I went with my friend to book her car in for service. I was so surprised to see that they re employed back a very rude staff member called Erica she’s so aggressive with a lot of attitude. It was such a smooth pleasant experience when she left. To avoid the headache go to Wimbledon. The staff are calm there

The worst experience ever. How can an organization become entangled in its own procedures and processes without paying attention to the needs of the customer.During a holiday with our Audi Q5 in southern England, we were confronted with a warning light on the dashboard. The user manual immediately advised to consult the nearest Audi workshop. For us that was: “Audi South East London (Beckenham)”. Once there, we reported to the workshop reception. Indicated the problem, made it clear that we were in transit and kindly requested a diagnosis. I was then told that a diagnosis could not be made until November at the earliest. In my view, a completely ridiculous and impossible proposal. Is it really expected that we spend more than 5 weeks in a hotel room before a diagnosis can be made? You may expect that people will be able to at least make a diagnosis for these types of cases and then see whether and how a repair can be planned. It may be a small problem that can be easily solved. I expect more support from the Audi network, especially with the Audi Mobility Service. This is downright shameful and unworthy of a self-respecting car brand. What I blame this reception employee most for is that he doesn't even think in terms of solutions. Staring at a screen to look for the first possible workshop slot without taking into account that someone in transit cannot wait 5 weeks for a suitable workshop appointment. A downright shameful service, not realistic, but probably everything carried out correctly and according to the book, resulting in a dissatisfied customer who was not helped and will probably turn his back on the brand.Another workshop (not brand related) was able to detect the problem very quickly and repair it the next day within half an hour after the parts had arrived. Audi South East London (Beckenham)” this was a missed opportunity to do the network justice. I can't imagine that you will ever become workshop or dealer of the year. You lack the feeling, empathy, insight and will to actually help the customer.

Absolutely disgraceful dealership took my car for service and 2 days later had a an ecu issue then it took them 3 weeks to discover that was the issue. Furthermore when FINALLY they give my car back to me damaged that they have caused (the back bumper paint has been scratched off ). They also claimed that they were able to help me connect my Audi and my Audi app but still till this day they don’t know why it not connecting “the expert” had a look twice and STILL he not able to connect the app and the a1 he even asked me to pay £37 as he claimed because all the apps perks are expired that’s why it’s not working even then it’s still not working they love to take your money but not actual help. Staff are rude overall experience outrageous.
