Highfield Halaal Bakery
One of the best places around, possibly in the whole of Leicester. After all these years they still provide great food at a great price.They recently did a renovation connecting the bakery to the news agents next door on the corner. A lot more space and now a more organised and efficient bakery. Although that still doesn't stop the long queues, they're still very popular.

Highfield Halaal Bakery
By far the best halal bakery in Leicester although it's a bit of an inconvenience for them to close between 1-2pm (peak lunchtime business) as its so busy each time you go in there, I get it that it's a family business and old fashioned but they could make way more money if they added more flexibility. Regardless though I still prefer this place and don't mind waiting in the constant ridiculous queues even with the new shop.

I'm an Englishmen from London and recently had this bakery recommended to me coming from I divers back ground in southall this establishment was wonderful loverly freshly prepared food for all demographics I chose the chicken and jalapeño samosa and a delicious baguette sandwich for lunch and there was also hot Asian food available in the afternoon which I will return for another day priced reasonable and please get a chocolate dough nut for the homeless magazine out side hope you enjoy your visit to the interesting establishment

First the chop cob they used to sell was so tasty that I used to go down there to buy it but now it's ruined the food is expensive and they made the bakery bit long whats the point in that is still the same price and they kept this new guy who doesn't kw anything about customer service always keep giving cold food as if he was a baby and didn't understand anything they should bring back old chop cobs.

I have tried the chicken rolls the sausage roll, chicken and cheese pastry, and these crème buns absolutely delicious. Honestly can’t go wrong with their food. And it’s soo affordable which is great.

Highfield Halaal Bakery
This has been my childhood bakery and it has sooo many memories. All I can say is it is one of the best bakeries in Leicester. The best thing about it is that the food tastes exactly the same throughout all these years which not many people keep consistent with! I love this place. They do some amazing chip cobs with cheese chilly and mayo. My family love the green chilly chicken baguette. The prices are reasonable too!
