I've tried to use their service but their online payment has not been working for more than three weeks so I have not been able to create my company... I've also completed the online form and they never contacted me to provide further information (e.g. proof of ID/address). I decided to contact them (two occasions) but unfortunately I got the same response: No updates from our IT department and the issue is still ongoing." It seems they were not interested in providing/offering this service so I decided to choose another company. Really disappointed considering I was referred by two friends using their service :("

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, stay away. Do not use this service, they take your card details and keep charging you even if you have not used their service. They also don't have any option for you to cancel the service. We never used the service but they keep charging us for a registered office. This is a complete scam, avoid at all costs and proceed at your own risk.

Used them for around 5 years. They stopped my account but accidentally emailed my old email address to inform me (which they admitted after several persistent email follow ups). They charged me for around 1 year without actually delivering the service due to this. When i asked for a refund or at minimum a gesture as it was them that failed to notify me they said they were not prepared to do anything. It was clear from the tone of the communications and the way they handled my issue that this is systemic within the company. No surprise to see a bunch of bad reviews. If they would have just offered me 1 or 2 months as a gesture I would of stayed with them but they didnt and here we are.

Firstly, if I could give less than 1 star I would.This company has poor customer service, communication and also prices ad much higher now that other competitors.I have left their services due to all the above howver, in more detail they failed to take a payment for my annual subscription due to the uncertainty of the business and whether they were going to still be operating, this was in June 2018. I was told that I could continue using services for free until they decide what they are doing. I was however still receiving small amounts of mail in September 2018.I contacted the offices in March 2019 to find out what was happening and someone advised me that I had their services for free for 9 months and if I wanted to continue I would need to subscribe again. Fair enough.I logged on (this was difficult to do as you had to verify your account, due to the new systems) and noticed that the payment they should have taken stated failed which is not what is showed previously in June 2018. No-one had updated me.The failure of the payment, was I assume due to their systems changing. I then asked how I could subscribe and start paying from March 2019 - March 2020, to be then told that I cannot pay £36 I need to pay £55 plus VAT? I advised that my service was continuous and I should still be at the same rate. Numerous emails went back and forward with my incorrect name, broken English and worse of all rudeness. I was told that if I did not want to pay the required amount, I need to take their address of Companies House as they would be sending the mail for my company as return to sending?I called several times and each time spoke to receptionists who advised a manager would be calling me back. 2 weeks later no call, however they have decided to debit money from my company account (for services from 2 April 2019 - April 2020) without telling me or discussing, I received email regarding payment on 2 April 2019.I emailed them for a refund and also called to advise that they should not have taken a payment, they had time to do this but no time to call back, or even respond to my queries and explain what can and will be happening.I have cancelled my services with them out of priciple and due to the hassle. I am now with another company who are really efficient, profession and friendly.I can only give you my experience and rating, you decide whether to go with them or not. I will not be recommending to my many friends or colleagues who are business owners.

Company Address's service is good but very inflexible. I have been a client for 3-4 years. I asked them to email a code to me, which google are sending me. They said they could scan the card in and email it to me - charge £5.00. Very unreasonable as I just wanted the code. There is no need to scan it. I declined. They emailed me back and said they would return the card to Sender. There is no charge for returning it to the sender. If there is no charge to send it back why not do the customer friendly thing and email the code for no charge. I guest that's customer loyalty :(

Easily one of the worst companies I have had the displeasure of dealing with.I changed our company contact email with them in 2017. A few months later, they sent an e-mail to all customers, explaining that they were ceasing their service. This was sent to our old email address which was no longer in service. Despite no doubt having an autoreply explaining this, they continued to e-mail this account, including email us to explain their service was restarting.During this entire farce they had paused our account, still only contacting us via our old email address. We were therefore not receiving our mail and it was only some time later when I proactively contacted them to find out where our mail was.They ignore complaints and have cost us several hundred pounds in fees from HMRC for overdue payments we were not aware of. They have never apologised for this, offered any recompense or accepted any wrong doing. Most e-mails are in broken English. They maintain that we are not due any refund of any sort because they apparently provided their service to us, which is an absolute joke.In short, they are a farcical company with no competence whatsoever. They ignore complaints, do not employ anyone who speaks fluent English to deal with customers and seem to think that this is acceptable. Obviously we will be initiating a charge back via our credit card company.

If you are considering using this company, STAY FAR away. They will breach your data confidentiality, and you will not receive all your letters. The office has a shared door with another company, and when I went there in person (uninvited and unannounced), I saw a bundle of envelopes on the floor. The building was empty, and after walking up several stairs, no one was in sight. Many of my letters went missing for two years, and they sent me an empty A4 envelope on another occasion. I called them up to seek a resolution on several occasions. However, the owner was rude, misogynistic and unprofessional towards me and refused to listen to or understand my frustration. As a Business owner, It doesn't feel good to write this bad review, but honestly, If I save even one person from going through what I did, it's an important review. London has several reliable and cost-effective virtual offices so would recommend checking all the reviews before choosing this company.
