Initial contact was friendly and informative. Installation was agreed within days of agreeing the order. Everything left tidy and with lots of patience explaining how the stairlift worked. No high pressure sales. . Decided on rental as required urgently for a frail 95 year old who had just fallen, and relying on downstairs living. It wasn’t easy to find a rental service for a curved stairlift that could be installed within days. Martin and his son were easy to contact and speak to with any questions. The price also included removal for when the time comes. Stairlift works fine and for reconditioned it looks as new.

Excellent communication, both with myself and my 92 year old grandad. No hard sales, just a gentle, thoughful approach to fitting the stairlift system. My grandad is over the moon! (and also up and down the stairs :D).Highly recommended.
