No card payment facility on machine. Downloaded the app (what about people with no cash snd no smartphone?) and tried to pay 3 times but didn't work - then tried to call the number on the side of payment machine to pay over the phone but obviously no-one there at 6pm. I gave up

Good size spaces for a change which is great for those in larger vehicles.Only 4 stars as only one machine working and that was intermittently rejecting coins.Not good if you only have the correct amount as it's an unmanned car park.

Another council scam in my eyes. Parked here once in September 2018 with no cash so used both of their text service and online payment method which is advertised on the machine with no confirmation back of payment. Upon returning to my car I had a tick which I challenged with evidence of payment being attempted which has been rejected, now left with a fine due to the failings of the council!

Proper Decent car park this, I parked my car here once and when I came back it was still there undamaged and exactly where I'd left it. Highly recommend this car park for anyone looking to park their car!

Should have took my car with me as I feel it would have made the visit a lot more wholesome and worthwhile. Nevertheless it's a great carpark complete with white lines tarmac and all the othe features you'd expect from a modern car park. Could do with valet parking hence the reason I marked it only 3 stars

Small city centre car park. Seems to often have free spaces. Could do with a couple more disabled bays though as the limited number fill up quickly. There is a disabled car park nearby but this also fills up and Hill Street is so close by it is almost an overflow. It would be handy if you could pay contactless, you can pay by phone but contactless is much less fuss.
