Keith was so thorough with our survey and charged a really reasonable price, even offered to do a drive by once vendor had suggested works had been completed to ensure everything had been done!Called regularly to give me updates and to explain the main concerns and how to approach the estate agent about them (first time buyer here so I was clueless!)

Keith gave detail and clear explanation before, during and after our property survey. He was friendly and helpful explaining the differences between different levels of survey enabling us to choose the appropriate survey for our need. His report was full and included photos which were extremely helpful. After survey report, he was available and able to reassure with further information and guidance on any issues we concerned with.
