The worst! If you ever would relocate with them DON'T! The worst one is Leena! Very rude, non helpful, selfish person! Very bad housing agency, can relocate you into a block with criminals without even telling you about it, the building will be devastated and not renovated for almost 10 years!!! Will rise your service fees and expect you to follow your contract where they don't even fulfil their duties, I wanted to relocate but they don't give any support or help whatsoever! Don't go with them!!! Worst decision of my life!

Bangla housing do respond to emails or queries promptly. An email response takes them 8 months. Poor customers services and they have no care about their tenants Housing conditions. I am really disappointed about the care my parents have received by them.
