They answer phone very bud

Honestly, this is probably the worst health center I've been to. I know that in general the NHS service is poor, but this is unbelievably bad. I saw a doctor there and he basically blew me off and didn't address any of my concerns. Also, there was a long queue at the receptionist desk the day I went, and I kid you not when I say that the receptionist was doing her nails and completely ignoring the lady at the front of the queue while the other receptionists at the back of the section also just ignored the situation. honestly, the whole practice should be sacked in my opinion. completely disgraceful and horrid. unless you don't have a choice, I strongly advise you go elsewhere

Very poor service. I tried getting help with the a few times without success. They don't aswer the call or if they do they take your details after which they forget to call you back to finalise the appointment. Do not sign up with this horrible practice.

First class treatment i recieved at G.R.I i know oppions will differ but the nurses & docs are 2nd to none thank u

I have no words for this except diabolical and staff should be sacked and place should be shut down..disgusting place

Doctors I’ve seen in there so far have been great.. the reception staff on the other hand are a totally different story EXTREMELY RUDE!!

Totally useless with appointments, been with them for about half a year and they have only answered the phone to me once, but told me i couldn't make an appointment. Every other time the phone just rings out.

Call was cut off after 45 minutes waiting and listening to that awful automated message. Unbelievable!

They do not answer their phones. I nhave just spent 40mins. repeated trying to get someone to answer but phone just keeps ringing out.
