I had a hole in my roof and I also needed my old cast iron guttering replacing. Jonathan and his team were recommended to me by a family member, and they visited my house to look at the problem on the same day that I phoned them. The work was completed the same week to an excellent standard and their pricing is very reasonable indeed. They're a friendly company and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Constant disappointment and chasing for a job that should've/could've been completed weeks ago. Openly admit that they give priority to their contracted customers who have insurance (and for which they have SLA agreements they have to adhere to) which means if you need a one off job doing, you'll get left by the wayside.Sent an email with detailed pictures of a part of our roof that needed repairing because it would leak during heavy rainfall. Got no reply so chased it up and eventually got a call from a chap who was very knowledgeable, but thought it would be best if he paid our property a visit. Waited in on the Monday as arranged but they didn't visit or call to explain their absence. Chased again and was promised a call back the morning after. That didn't happen either so I sent another email expressing my disappointment. They eventually came and assessed the roof and provided a quote. I replied immediately and asked for it to be booked in. Then it went silent again. I gave up here (due to unrelated stress) and my wife took over, 2 emails later they promised they'd get an official quote (?) and still there's been nothing, it's a month later and the wind and rain has started pouring again. Which means they'll be back to sorting out their contracted clients. No job too small doesn't apply here. Lots of reviews from happy customers, can only assume they're likely home insurance jobs. If you want to deal direct, you'll get second rate service, at least when it comes to communications.Edit : quotation we accepted was for additional work that FR thought would remedy the fault. Unprofessional from the outset.

After we moved to our new home we noticed a few tiles broken or slipped. It was only a small job but Jonathan visited promptly and it reassured me that we there were no major problems with our roof. Really pleased that it is all fixed now with no hassle at all. First class service I would highly recommend.

Really great company. Lads who did the roof were brilliant, did a great job and nice to have around for 2 days.
