said gym is open in 6 months now been over a year and they keep telling you that they will open next month you call next month they say next month again , poor menegement badly organised , me and my friens joined another gym in caning town never coming back

LYR and Globe Rowing Club operate from here...Brilliant for encouraging youngsters to try rowing (my 14 year old daughter has been coming here for 9 months) and other water based activities. Renovated changing rooms and facilities and plenty of parking and a few mins walk to nearest DLR station
