Went at lunch time. Drive thru was quite quiet compared to normal. Had to wait a little while before someone answered the machine but other than that service was decent. Chips were like any McDonald's chips but my quarter pounder was below average. It's the second one I have had and it just tasted slightly fishy. Would definitely stick with my regular order of a McChicken instead!!

Sunday evening between 6:40 and 7 we abandoned the drive through as it was so slow and the queue of cars was creeping back to the main road. Inside was no better taking an age from order to receiving your food. Consequently the atmosphere was becoming tense so we are quickly and get out. Not a great experience sadly.

This is a nice restaurant with a good exit.Not a big car park and you can stay for a maximum of 90 minutes.The restaurant and toilets are very clean.The service is very good also.Our food was really good

Really pleased with our visit today. Expected a queue at 9 am. Swept straight through drive thro'. Breakfast hot and tasty. Well kept site as always. 1 minor observation. Like most foodie things we buy these days the portion seems smaller.

Came on passing through the night at around 1am made an order chicken wrap had no chicken and 2 double cheese burgers had no burgers.. not quite sure how you could get this wrong. Went back and manager made them personally for me but I'm sure something else must of been going on

Early morning (4.45am, too early for breakfast menu) pass through on route to the airport, stopped to grab some food on the way.Ordered on the app, still held waiting, OK, we thought at least the food will be hot as freshly cooked - wrong!Rejoined a3, opened the food to find luke warm (if that) fries & burgers. Shame, we can't work out how they managed to serve food so below temperature, that was a real skill.Told to request refund through the app, fingers crossed.

I think that 2 stars might be overdoing it, the place was filthy, the bins were overflowing and rubbish was piled on the tables next to them. The chips came out cold and I had to replace them with equally cold chips, my big mac was lukewarm but I couldn't be bothered to wait for a replacement. No apologies for bad food, no ketchup or serviettes were on the tray.Update: for some reason we forgot about last time and went back here. We had drive through but everything was possibly colder than last time!

Poor experience for a drive-thru. Every time i visit this McDonald's, there is an excessive wait. Even at 12am, there was a wait, which was all because of a malfunction. However , they got my order wrong. So, I wasn't too impressed.

Went to drive thru and then was told I need to park and they will bring the food to the car, the whole point of drive thru is I don't have to park. Waited 10 minutes and qr the end I had to go at the counter where I was told to wait a bit more for my food to arrive, service and attidute of staff was not good, the burgers were missing half of the ingredients and not hot. Highly disappointed.

Our order got lost and forgotten despite it being quiet when we arrived. After 20 minutes we asked where our food was, turns out they hadn't put it together at all. Our food was warmish but the manager handed us our food with no apology or remorse. Rest of staff were clearly doing their best but totally disorganised.
