If I could give zero I would. Never get waxed here, they do not know what they are doing. There is a reason why they accept walk in clients. They are always empty but are in a rush to get you out. Never again!

I've been here multiple times for a pedicure with gel polish (shellac polish) and it's lovely, the staff are kind, welcoming and it's very clean. Make sure to bring cash.

I have been coming to Image since I moved from Texas, USA 18 months ago. Always attentive and great customer service. Sue would do my nails and Joyce my hair blowouts. I am returning to the States as consulting assignment is up and I will miss them. Thanks for being my ‘go to’ pampering spot!

Very aggressive lower leg wax. Felt like they were scrapping my skin off with the lolly pop stick. Very rushed and a lot of patches. A rash has also just appeared. No positives from me unfortunately.
