I haven’t felt such disappointment for a long time. On Saturday morning I decided to have breakfast with my two sons at the Mandarin Hotel restaurant as we live next door building. Three young girls on reception to the restaurant were extremely rude and arrogant. They didn’t want to let us in and kept telling us that we had to spend 50 pounds for breakfast. I have not seen such contempt and arrogant attitude in any place in London for a long time. As a result, we spent 700 pounds for breakfast, but we will never return, because this attitude is unacceptable towards people, no matter how dressed they are
