Horrible service for such an expensive rate, my worse car wash was there best

Stopped in for an exterior wash only. They did a good job, no complaints. A bit more expensive than I'm used to at £12, hence why only 4 stars. I would have expected ot to be in the £7-£10 range for a basic wash.

Great service and they clean my car well. Good pricing I pay £17 for inside and out and always do a quick but detailed clean. Smiley staff and cannot fault service.

Seriously seriously avoid this place. Absolutely nothing against the staff, they've always been excellent, polite and kind and they do a fantastic job cleaning however there are major issues with the way they have been trained and the equipment they're provided. They endlessly use the same clothes to wash your car causing nasty swirl marks in your paint, they also do this to dry it afterwards which is even worse for your paint as you've no longer got the luberication from the soap. They've also made various parts of my car and others I know wet inside, including chairs, carpets and windows and they've never made any effort to sort it before giving me the car back. At first glance the car always looks great but unfortunately at closer inspection it's damaging the car. I'd only ever clean my car myself now as I've completely restored the paint so there are no swirl marks or scratches on it. As I said before they're super polite and friendly and get your car looking nice though so if you don't care much about your paint or a little water in your car then I'd recommend them for a good value hand car wash, especially on older vehicles where the paint is often already ruined from the automatic car wash machines so many people use at Petrol Stations and such

Dirty car, they will clean it. What more could you want or need.

Bad experience paid for gold and got told that wiping down the interior of the car, you would have to pay extra even though it is in description for gold. Unwilling to admit they were wrong and more interested in cleaning their own cars. Waste of money!

Do a decent job but if you can get them to your car

£40 Platinum clean, but they did not hoover the boot as requested. There was bird seed in it, so it was evident they did not pick up the (light weight) bag to hoover underneath (pure laziness) and there was dirt left in the front drivers side where they were late and rushing. If I had paid for a regular clean, probably would have not thought anything of it, but I specifically asked for the Platinum clean to have my boot hoovered and the dirt removed.
