Not a great start. I sent an email asking if they do gift vouchers as christmas presents (perfect for the wife) but the email bounced back 2 days later. unanswered.I then used the contact us email enquiry form on the site, no bounce back this time. just no reply. I could at this point have telephoned, but why chase a business when i can email others.

My favourite hairdresser saloon HALO in Lilypad Spa LLP, Ashley and Alicia both great,highly professional!!!! Atmosphere in saloon great,very relaxing, I always have a fun there. Highly recommend!
