Long story short.. Terrible service. My dad got sold some extremely bad tyres. One was stated as illegal when we took them to a garage. We got told they should never have been sold in the first place. My dad reckons the tyres didn’t look that bad when he first saw them so I’m not sure whether they could have been swapped while my dad was paying for them. These people refused to take them back a few hours later the same day for a refund.

Husband went today for a rear quarter window for his mums mark 4 golf great service no issues would recomend..

sold me an engine that arrived full of oil and all harness and hoses cut through, only got round to putting engine in car a few months later only to find it had rod knock, phoned many times to try sort something out and got ignored and told i’d get a call back and never did. finally got a proper conversation and they told me they aren’t going to do anything about it as it was past the 3 month warranty by 2 days. engine only went in car 2 weeks ago. never buy from this place.

Would definetley not recommend these guys absolute cowboys asked about a engine they had listed on ebay they accepted my offer over the phone went to pick it up then i got late because of traffic they said they would wait they didnt stick to their word made me waste my journey then made an excuse saying one of their workers took the wrong engine out then they tried charging me for the engine to be delivered to me on a different date. I payed for the engine on ebay then they unexpectedley canceled the order with the excuse that the buyer asked for it to be canceled would not reccomend these guys at all absolute waste of time

I always have a great service. I always come here when in need of parts and they never let me down. Great customer service , knowledge and best of all the pricing is great! Highly recommend.

Dont bother. Told me he had the part available over the phone, went there to collect and waited 20 mins only for him to come back and say he does not have the part. An absolute joke. Waste of time.

SHOCKING, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DISGUSTING COWBOYS!I paid £50 for the bmw hub I went back to get it fitted. My mechanic said it’s not even for bmw. I went back for refund as the part they gave me is totally different. NO REFUND GIVEN EVEN AFTER WAITING FOR AN HOUR!PLEASE DON’T BUY IT FROM THESE COWBOYS! I’M WARNING YOU! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WONT SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN! ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING THEY ARE!I’VE SAVED YOUR TIME AND MONEY! PLEASE AVOID THEM AND TRY OTHER SALVAGE.

SHOCKING, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, COWBOYSThe most rude, disgraceful, and disgusting customer service I have ever experienced. I was looking for a fan for my car, I was told that they had one in stock that would fit my model of car (i confirmed this by asking them multiple times) to which I was told it would definitely fit in my car, I paid for my part (and waited almost 1 hour for it to be removed due to a severe lack of staff).The staff removing my specific car part was racist, stating that he doesn't do foreigners". There was a complete and total disregard for any form of health and safety with workers stood ontop of moving cars that were being transported by cranes (filmed and submitted to health and safety).After my part not fitting

Very disappointed with their services. Far below par. Sell non working parts and wrong parts . Simply below par. I cannot recommend anyone to buy from them. They are not serious with their business.
