Have had different experiences in the leeds store. Last time I went in, one of the sales assistants was just standing around and not really interested in interacting with me.

Well organised Bath and body store. Smells fabulous too. It is well organised and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is a luxury brand so don't be surprised at the prices of items but as I stated earlier the fragrances smell wonderful and the fragrance hits you as you enter the store.

I purchased 2 candles on line and forgot to request gift packaging. I nipped into the Leeds store today to ask if it would be possible to get two gift bags. The young lady that served us kindly obliged and we left very happy. Thank you for accommodating, especially when the store was so busy.

A nice spacious MB store with really helpful staff. They stock the widest range of products and are always happy to share information about new items. I always enjoy shopping here! I tend to buy the same few products regularly so it's always nice to have suggestions and recommendations from the staff.

I've never smelled Molton brown perfumes before, though i used their home products, so I visited the Leeds branch yesterday, and Tam was very attentive, nice and knowledgeable. Thank you very much, Tam for the great customer service

I went in for a few bridesmaid gifts and wow what an amazing shop assistant !!!! He heard me mention the word bridesmaid and could not have been more excited. He had recently also just married his husband so we spoke weddings a LOT. He was amazing, ran round the shop, recommending products which I bought for my bridesmaids. He then went to the stock room and came back with bags full of goodies, they may have been samples but he made me feel so special as a bride. Lovely shopping experience. As always, Molton Brown products never disappoint. They smell amazing and the scent lasts all day, especially the wash followed by the moisturiser.
