Early Learners Day Nursery

Phoned to get my 2 daughters in a after school club here for September I called in Feb 2022 was told to call back in may, which I did and they could only offer me 1 after school day because all spaces have been filled. I accepted because I needed it one was better then none. I called the week back in school to confirm my girls would be getting collect at the girls school name etc all details were told they were correct. For the Friday to come and the school calling me telling me no one has picked up my children from school they get out at 10 past 3 this is now half 3 luckily my friend seen one if my girls crying because she thought I forgot about her and took her for me went to reception and got my other daughter. Then was told they can no longer collect my daughter's because they can't pick up from that school which is 2 min drive from there premises, There excuse was they thought they were at a different school God knows why. ( Read the paperwork?) Absolutely shocking, something children and a mother shouldn't have to worry about when a childcare company is supposed to be collecting them. My girls more my older one now cry's to go to school because she is scared no1 will be there for her. Little bag of nerves. Very unprofessional.

My son went to daycare here 2 days a week, 5 hours a day.Took him in one morning absolutely fine, pick him up that day at 3 o’clock, get home, change his nappy to find he had dried poo stuck to his bum and his skin was completely burnt, he was screaming, crying in pain when I tried to wipe him…I ring up minutes later to then find out he’d only had 1 nappy change in the 5 hours he’d been there!!!They then try to tell me that it didn’t happen in their care as they would’ve treated it!Considering he was absolutely fine the morning I took him in!My son has not gone back to this daycare since.
