Tom done an excellent job fitting an outside shower for washing my dog. It was a very tight space and where others may have given up he found a way to make it work. The quality of workmanship is first class. He also kept me updated throughout and arrived on time. 100% recommend!

Scam. Do not use. Ignores calls. Tom didn't fix the issue with heating, overcharged and left us with a boiler that was later deemed unsafe to use by a Gas Safe engineer despite Tom servicing" it (he also didn't give us a certificate or a receipt). Spent over £700 all together on service + labour + parts (parts totalling less than £100)

I was very impressed by how their engineer, Tommy, kept me well informed regarding when he would come, as a previous job had over-ran. He assessed the plumbing job quickly, went out and got the part he needed and returned to complete the job, which took well over an hour. He left the area tidy and clean, and his charge was very reasonable. I had called him out for my mother's house, which had a corroded waste disposal unit which was leaking. He pointed out that the previous fitter had failed to glue a connecting pipe, which he corrected. I was very happy with his work and he was a pleasure to deal with. I will more that happy to use him again should I or my mother need any further plumbing work done.

Tom was so helpful, knowledgeable and professional! He worked above and beyond to try and fix the issue with my fire, but after a long time of trying unfortunately the piece was too badly blocked with candle wax.He recommended a local business for me to purchase a replacement piece but when they didn’t have it he spent the time to source it for me.Tom came back as soon as I received the replacement part and I have used the fireplace every night since!Tom was very tidy, laying down a mat and leaving my living room just how he found it on both occasions.I would 100% recommend him and will be using him for all my future gas needs! Tom and his apprentice were absolutely amazing at fitting my new boiler. They were so efficient in everything they did and didn’t stop until everything was perfect. They were really tidy and communicated everything really well. They were also so friendly and a pleasure to have in the house, I will definitely be using them for every service and gas need we have in the future. Thanks again!

Tom was recommended to me by a friend. We had no heating so I called him and he found a slot to visit us the next day, identifying that we needed a new pump. I used the opportunity to have the boiler serviced and my thermostat replaced with a smart device (Nest). Tom was able to fit me in two days later. He turned up on time and spent five hours with the repairs and installation. He did an excellent job and kept me updated throughout, cleaning up as he went. He checked on the heating later that night, which was a nice touch, and he didn't send his invoice (which was very reasonably priced) until he was satisfied that everything was working as expected. Tom is really friendly, responsive and professional and I would highly recommend him.

Tommy came over within half an hour of my call and fixed our leak that had flooded our entire kitchen within an hour. He is a nice polite guy who worked efficiently and was reasonably priced. I would have no problem recommending at all. Thanks for helping us in our hour of need!

I found Tom on google and contacted him based on the reviews. Tom was very responsive and came out a few days later to complete a gas Aga disconnection. He was quick and efficient, I was very pleased with the work and service, I would definitely recommend and use Tom again in the future. Thanks again!

Very happy with the service from Tom. He diagnosed and fixed my heating problem quickly and did a boiler service. He communicated very well to keep me informed on his arrival timing, explaining the problem clearly, and being clear on costs. Costs felt fair for an experienced guy doing a quality job.
