As a family we feel blessed to be part of fit kids. My boys have gained so much from these sessions, confidence, strength, flexibility and such an understanding of the connection of mind and body. It is without a doubt their favourite activity. Could not recommend Seb and his team more.

One of the best Wrestling Gyms in UK maybe even Europe.Best gym I've been to to learn high level pure grappling.Ive trained in a few different gyms but stuck with Empower because its like you get personal training as a team instead of just being ignored by the coach.Lots of hard working grapplers with different styles and backgrounds like Greco, Freestyle, Judo and BJJ.Very understanding people who try and help everyone get better instead of just bullying people or trying to be macho.If you're not very confident or experienced you will learn fast because the standard is so high with lots of wrestlers from different countries, if you are already high level grappler you will still learn because theres plenty of people who will be able to compete with you.

Fantastic! We have finally found someone who is willing and able to join the dots rather than sticking to one traditional discipline! Seb listened and heard, questioned and reasoned, then gave the kids the simplest of tasks, yet they had amazing results! Our kids absolutely love Fitkids! Since thay started they have made some great new friends. The classes are well run, fun and challenging. We have seen a huge difference in our children. They have become much stronger, flexible, determined, encouraging of others and respectful. An absolute must for parents wanting to give their kids a head start in life.
