Terrible customer service, and they ruined my clothes!

I asked them to dry clean my two-piece suit. It came back with a huge crease on lapel (which I couldn't iron out myself) and with the same muddy marks that it had when I gave it to them.They certainly don't dry clean on the Beaconsfield premises (it's far too small) and I reckon that they're just running an iron over things (badly) and handing them back.Didn't take it back for them to rectify the issues, because I don't trust them with a suit worth hundreds of pounds. Threw away £10.
