Alex shot our wedding in July 2022 and we are absolutely in love with the photos he captured of our day. Alex is extremely talented and worked tirelessly - on the day and post - to deliver the most incredible collection of images that we will absolutely cherish forever!As a wedding photographer myself, choosing a photographer for my own wedding was easily the hardest decision I had to make. I spent months looking through portfolios and writing pros and cons of all my favourites. Alex's striking portfolio with true to life colours, creative compositions and his story telling approach was a winner. When we met him via Zoom, his gentle and down to earth manner was lovely and we knew he would be a great fit!Through the whole process, we felt in very capable hands. Alex goes above and beyond for his clients. It was wonderful to be able to switch off and fully enjoy my day, not worrying about the photos; I knew I could completely trust Alex. And we were absolutely right to trust him! The photographs are fantastic, showcasing the colours and atmosphere of our day beautifully. They are a great mix of fun/colourful and emotional/romantic - which reflects the day perfectly! We particularly love the shots he managed to get during the dancing and speeches - so many great reactions captured in one shot! Such a talent!Aside from being very gifted at photography, and arguably more important than that, Alex is simply a lovely guy. He has no ego. He does not try to shape your day to how he sees fit and make it into one big photoshoot for his portfolio. To be honest, we barely noticed him, which means the natural documentary shots are amazing, full of genuine laughter with people completely unaware of the camera. And when he did need to be 'there' and take charge he was so kind, reassuring and calm. Such a breath of fresh air in this industry! Alex photographed our wedding in September 2022. He was great at communication in the lead up to the event and on the day itself was lovely and professional and a pleasure to have around. He absolutely went above and beyond! The photos took a little while to be sent back to us but they were 100% worth the wait and captured the day perfectly. Alex also sent us some great previews whilst we were waiting for the full suite! Would recommend :)

So just over 2 years after we got married, I still struggle to find the words to express how thankful we are to Alex for his work before, during and after our wedding. I'm not sure that any words here will do it justice, but I'll try!!!! His approach to wedding photography, an eye for moments, and an ability to craft a shot from seemingly nothing, combined with the fact he's just an all round nice guy, make him a hugely invaluable part of our wedding and it's experience. His images adorn most walls in our house, and I often walk past them and smile, what more can you ask for?!

I am so glad that we chose Alex to be our photographer for our wedding day! He was so lovely and professional from the moment that we made contact. We had a meeting with Alex to discuss our day a few weeks before the wedding which was great to get to know each other better. Many of our guests also commented on how wonderful he was and that although he blended in very well, he was always there capturing the best moments. Our photographs are so wonderful, they captured us and our guests so well. Alex gave us a tracking link to see when our photos were being edited too which was really handy! My husband and I highly recommend Alex, he was one of the most wonderful people we worked with on our wedding day and we are very grateful to him for his patience and kindness and of course his talent and hard work in capturing our day!

I hired Alex when I saw how beautiful a job he had done for a friend's wedding. He is such a talent when it comes to capturing natural, in the moment photos. We are absolutely over the moon with how our wedding photos have come out. Alex himself was very professional in the run up to the wedding and on the day itself, but in a most approachable and friendly way. He was very easy to communicate with being extremely responsive with all email/phone correspondence, despite the fact that he is in very high demand. He was very easy going when timings and plans slipped or changed and had good alternative solutions. He knew that we wanted to spend more time with our friends and family rather than taking lots of photos so he kept solo photos to a minimum but otherwise we barely noticed Alex was there! He listened to what we wanted and didn't force us to pose for photos that we weren't comfortable with. He captured everything that was special to us and even took amazing photos of things that we hadn't thought about. It is absolutely worth the small wait for the photos post wedding, as you can see how much time and effort he spends on making each photo perfect (which there are loads of!). I would definitely recommend Alex every time.

My big fat Indian wedding!!I had just got engaged and so was on the lookout for a wedding photographer. I actually came across Alex at my friend’s wedding in Santorini. I had taken to Alex as he had been so patient and calm during her wedding which I could see added so much to the bride and grooms enjoyment of the day. Alex was very happy to meet up with my now husband and I (pre-covid) to discuss our wedding which was a big fat Indian wedding with all the traditions. It was very important to me personally that certain rituals were captured and Alex was extremely forthcoming with learning the traditions to ensure I felt at ease.As a result of Covid, my husband and I had to move our wedding date four times. Given that our wedding was already over two days, we felt this would make it even more difficult. But Alex was always checking in with us and working with us to ensure he could be available to shoot our day. He was always quick to respond whenever we were trying secure a new wedding date.I had a forest themed wedding so Alex worked with us on our pre-wedding shoot to help capture some amazing shots which we wanted to use to showcase on the wedding day. I highly recommend a pre-wedding shoot with Alex. I cannot believe how great the shots turned out. It ended up being so much fun and Alex made my husband and I so comfortable and confident with posing in front of the camera. It really showed in our photos.Alex was so calm and patient on our wedding day and it was great having him around. Whenever I would see him (and the camera wasn’t to his face) he was smiling and enjoying himself. Alex made sure he captured everything and stayed until the very end of our events which were very long days. Alex was great with sticking to times and working with my videographer and other suppliers. Alex was always ensuring that lighting was well used and utilised the space well at our venues to make sure photos didn’t look repetitive. With the hustle and bustle of up to 400 guests, Alex was friendly to all of our guests and left a great impression on them all.Alex’s passion for photography shows in his work. I am so pleased with how the photos turned out. From our portraits of us as a couple, Alex also captured the funny moments we didn’t want to forget, he captured the emotions and happy tears of our family but overall he captured the day exactly as we wish to remember it and the personalities our guests. We couldn’t have chosen a better person to photograph our wedding. Thank you.

It's difficult to put into words quite how perfectly Alex captured our wedding day. Viewing the gallery transported us right back to the day itself which was full of so much love, joy, happiness and laughter, we're simply over the moon to have those feelings immortalised in Alex's expertly captured snaps. Being a Freelance Photographer & Videographer myself, it's never easy picking another Photographer to shoot your big day. But Alex exceeded all our expectations.The timings on our Wedding day were a little all over the place, but Alex calmly and professionally was able to manage the situation perfectly and leave us with an amazing set of images that capture our special day.If you're looking for a friendly and professional photographer to shoot your wedding, then look no further. We got married in September and Alex has been amazing to work with from the day we first spoke until the day we got our final wedding pictures back. On the day he was a joy to be around, never in the way but somehow captured more than we could have imagined. It rained our entire wedding day meaning our options for photos outside were limited but he still managed to capture beautiful shots that we are delighted with. Alex is a super talented photographer and we have been wanting to have our photos taken by him for quite some time now. We cannot speak highly enough of his work, and this is from a professional background being photographers ourselves. The shoot itself was great fun, he approached everything with a relaxed and easy going demeanour. We were super surprised at the outcome because Alex’s approach was very unobtrusive and we actually had quite a good chat in-between photos. We were honestly wowed by the results as it simply felt so easy and Alex’s direction was very subtle. Clever compositions and vibrant colours have left us with sweet memories of a beautiful afternoon in the woods with a very talented and beautiful soul. We cannot thank you enough Alex!!
