Stockport Gin

Great gift idea, local town now has a gin let's go investigate. Paul a great host and the story of Paul & Cheryl starting Stockport Gin was fascinating. The garage to shop growth, award winning gins, all tasted and the tease of more good things to come made it a very plesent Friday night outing. A trip well worth doing and we'll worth telling our friends about.

A brilliant tour and a really fun way to learn about Stockport Gin along with lots of interesting anecdotes about the gin industry and it's history.And the gin is very delicious to boot!A really great Friday night hosted by Paul, we would highly recommend booking on.

I attended an event at this venue Wednesday 18 October 2023- my first time in the Loft at Stockport Gin and I must say I was impressed.The room made for an enjoyable evening , and that is just what myself and others I know had.Will go again !

We did the distillery tour last night, and it was great. It was really interesting and interactive. We had plenty of tasters of the different gins in their range too.Paul was also really accommodating when I had emailed ahead to ask if I could have soda water instead of tonic, because it can sometimes set my eczema off.I'd 100% recommend the tour if you're looking for a fun way to spend an evening, or if you're just after a nice bottle of gin from a local family owned business.

We had a wonderful time! In addition to tasting the excellent gin range, the history of gin and Stockport Gin was fascinating and well presented.

The tickets for the visit were a gift from one of our children. We had the 'tour' booked for some time and were really looking forward to it - we were not disappointed.Paul (who owns the business with his wife) was our host and he's a really likeable and obviously knowledgeable host.He delivers a short history of the business from the garage at their home to the present location - and he does it with ease, decent anecdotes and some funny lines thrown in.A fascinating way to pass a couple of hours and that’s before I mention the gin.The ‘tour’ includes a couple of doubles and a taste from other gins in the range - it’s better than good.So if you like the taste of gin, want to know a bit more and do it in a friendly entertaining way this is well worth having a look at.
