Could not recommend Master Fitters highly enough - come view the work for yourselves it’s amazing.!!We were recommended to this company by a window expert who said with Aaron heading up his award winning team they were the bestWe were badly let down by a company called Eximia Windows who had to sack staff for fraud -court had to settle this - we had wooden windows made to measure but had to call Master-fitters in to fit them - they did a fantastic job and practically had to remake all the windows to fit - only one window in an entire house actually were measured correctly - enter Aaron - what a talented young man - we were lucky to have him as they were extremely busy - he eventually dealt with the company on our behalf to supply essential missing parts .Even new doors back & front were measured incorrectly and had to be cut to fit - what a nightmare for them but they dealt with it giving us a fantastic finished product!Having read a critical poor FB review that this company have failed them - I find it difficult to understand -they are outstanding , professional, caring they even bring their own refreshments to avoid disturbing their clients no other work people we had can hold a torch to them in any capacityWouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend them

Andy, Arron and his team were truly professional from start to finish. We used their services to install over 40 high quality triple glazed windows (WERU), massive sliding doors and three bespoke doors at our home as part of a complete refurbishment in our three storey house. Communication was always prompt, extremely helpful and on time. Their team went above and beyond to get the job done to the highest standards. Several other contractors (on site at the same time) commented on the workmanship and efficiency of MasterFitter Windows team. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

In early 2021 I was looking to replace 20 wooden sash windows with double glazed units. Following extensive research I opted for Quickslide Legacy PVCu sash windows as replacement units. I approached Masterfitter for the window installation as they were very highly recommended by Quickslide. I contacted Arron at Masterfitter and based on his advice we settled on the following window specification in order to replicate as close as possible the existing wooden windows: white woodgrain PCVu; run through horns; mechanical mitred joints; deep bottom rails. The installation included the blocking and insulation of all pockets i.e. the existing window weight boxes and other voids were blocked with wood and fully insulated with rockwool. Masterfitter does not use expanding foam in their installations. The survey was carried out quickly and efficiently by Andy, and Arron confirmed the contract price within a few days of the survey being completed. Masterfitter collected the windows from Quickslide and the installation team arrived on site as per the agreed contract date. Arron and his team were unfailingly polite and courteous. They arrived on site at 08:00 every day and worked a minimum of 10 hrs per day. Until I witnessed Arron and his team at work I had no conception of the amount of skill and experience needed to replace old sash windows whilst whilst keeping the existing weight boxes and internal woodwork intact. I was amazed that following completion of the work I did not have to do any paint touch-up or decorating. I have attached some pictures as an example of the internal woodwork that was retained. A couple of pictures also show the new windows (ground floor) alongside the existing windows (2nd floor RHS). The replacements look almost identical to the existing windows. The project was completed on time at the agreed price. Overall I cannot recommend Masterfitter highly enough. Masterfitter is a company that truly lives up to its name. As an aside; I received my annual energy statement this week and my gas consumption reduced by 29.5% over the past 12 months without any other energy-saving initiatives.

Master Fitters did an amazing job, we have had them in twice and they have been professional and pleasant through out. I was very happy with both how well they installed both my front door and two sets of windows perfectly, as well as how clear and upfront they were with how much it would cost, how long it would take and when it would be completed by. I've recommended them to friends and will continue to do so going forward, you simply cannot go wrong with these professionals with a clear sense of business integrity and craftmanship.

Use these folks! The best craftsmen we have used on any of our home refurbishment work. Arron, Mick and Andy were brilliantly professional during all phases of the work.We replaced over 20 windows and doors using Quickslide fabricated units. Initially Quickslide were going to fit them, but during the pandemic they withdrew that service and MasterFitter Windows were one of the suppliers they recommended to us to try.Arron and Andy visited to inspect the required work, and you knew you were in good hands immediately. Their attention to detail and ability to offer options and recommendations made a complex process logical and thorough.The installation took place in late 2020, during a further lockdown. The team stayed in a local hotel and worked 12 hour days to get it completed. They were all friendly, polite and courteous throughout the work, and easy to have around.2½ years later, we can still say that the quality of the workmanship and the finish is incredibly high - so much so that a number of subsequent people have commented on it when they have looked when we have done further home improvements.I generally don’t put reviews up online, but these folk deserve every praise I can give them.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Did a simply great job installing tilt and turn sash windows in our 1910 house. Fantastic attention to detail and brilliant fitters - just look up Aaron on the internet for the number of awards he has received for his window fitting. The whole team did a great job from start to finish including project managing difficult timelines following covid lockdown. We’ve been really pleased with our windows and had lots of admiring comments on the quality. Would not hesitate recommending.

Masterfitter Windows were recommended to us by our local architect, to install our high performance triple glazed timber windows and doors in our eco timber frame extension in 2021/22. In my day job I work as Group CEO of a large housing association, with a £6m annual capital planned maintenance programme and £4m-£10m annual new homes development programme. I am therefore used to dealing with large contracts and first class contractors. We trusted our architects advice and contracted with Masterfitters to install our high performance £35k+ triple glazed windows and doors. From the very first meeting on site Arron and his team gave me complete confidence that they install these expensive windows and doors correctly in our passiv haus timber frame build and ensure that there was an airtight seal around each one. Their professionalism on site and in correspondence during the long supply chain wait for our purchased windows and doors was exemplary. Their attention to detail was second to none. I have seldom witnessed such attention to detail, and they worked seamlessly with our local builder and other sub contractors to complete the installation on time and to a high standard. They returned on site this year to install the final triple glazed door in the original farmhouse, after we had completed the internal wall insulation work. Once again they arrived on the agreed date and completed the final airtight door installation on time and to the same high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for any new window and door installation, and especially for tricky jobs requiring a high degree of accuracy or to remedy work carried out by others.
