Overpriced, cold food, wrong drinks, wrong fries, seasoning on the fries was terrible, better food at McDonald's and about 30 quid cheaper, disappointed to say the least

Ordered food and took 2 hours to get to us. When it came the food was cold and part of the order was missing. We messaged the hotel asking if the food will be heated only to be ignored. Tried to call only for the food and beverage manager putting the phone down on me. Food was disgusting, cold and not even close to what's described and it's a shame that a popular brand is being let down by the staff of this hotel. Go to maccys and save your money.

My food came within good time, but the food was just dripping grease. The burger bun was so soggy it mad it hard to eat. The chips were also soggy and had no flavour to them. Overall I will not be going back.

Very tasty burger I had the beast style combo which was very tasty with the beast style chips. I may swap the mustard for Mayo on chips next time but still absolutely delicious! Warm cookie was amazing too thank you :-)

So disappointing. My son was desperate to go here having seen it over in the USA. The staff at the Village Hotel we rude and unhelpful. When told our food would be ready by text from mr beast burger we arrived, but the staff said it would be at least another 40 minutes. When i showed the messaged ti the lady she just rolled her eyes and told me to wait! What a shame they have this cool chain is such a dreadful hotel

This is basically Five Guys but not quite as good. The Beast Style burger was decent enough but the Nashville hot burger was nothing like the picture - the chicken was okay but it was a very thin burger with zero spice, a bit disappointing.Chips are crunchy and tasty but the seasoning is just dumped on top and I'm pretty sure it's the chip sprinkle you can get in Sainsbury's just across the road...I ordered through Uber Eats with a 40% discount and for that it is worth it however I wouldn't go back for £13 a meal.
