I use this pharmacy now and then as it is local however I do not find them particularly friendly.Maybe this is due to the area and possibly a certain type of clientele.I believe working with the public regardless of who or what you are as long as you are polite when purchasing something, the staff ought to offer a polite service in return.I understand that is not always the case for the staff.But I usually use Peverell pharmacy and they are always in top with their service and politeness.It ought to be noted that ham pharmacy need to up their services

Advertise that they are open until 6pm but yet no-one is there at 5.20pm meaning I’m unable to pick up my medication until Monday. Really helpful.

I’ve recently moved to the area and I wouldn’t even give this pharmacy 1 star . The lady at front desk was awful and the rest of the staff very rude also . I went in about my son’s medicine it was urgent and I needed help . I explained that my son could not have certain antihistamines as instructed by his consultant and she basically argued with me saying that he could and tried selling me stuff I know he can not have saying it’s exactly the same . No hello or anything like that as walking in . Just a glare. From all of them .

What can I say about ham chemist never answer the phone my prescription are done at the chemist I have to ring them to get my prescription with out having to go to my doctor that's a laugh I have be trying for 3 days to ring them I have COPD SO ITS HARD FOR me to walk there

Nightmare chemist with staff all lost in what they do and it’s a shame Lucy and Kara aren’t there anymore. It’s struggling,all different cover staff and they have been good to me but I see the stress which causes uproar ,it’s a shame ,they are inundated with bk log it’s relentless but are trying hard. Very unhelpful not being open on a Saturday as now left with no pain medication until Monday which I desperately need. Very frustrating!!!!

Very poor service, won't answer phone even after waiting 20mins!! And only 1 member of staff who is not very helpful!! Would highly recommend avoiding this chemist.

This pharmacy is the worst Ive ever encountered. They RARELY pick the phone up, so if ,like me, you get prescriptions delivered and nothing turns up you can't find out what is going on. If by some miracle someone does pick up, it is a rude woman who makes you feel as though you're annoying her. They need to up their game. Frustratingly poor service.

I've been using this pharmacy for years. They have always been really helpful and pharmacist is always on hand to give useful advice when I've needed. I like the way they check up after you've received a new medication to make sure you're alright with it. Lovely people always very friendly.
