The reception is very friendly and conscientious. The location of the hostel is very close to the transport station, the city centre and the school, which makes life very convenient.

It is a great student accommodation and Mattia Buttarelli is friendly, helpful and welcoming to all students and visitors.

Spent and year at here.Loved the location! It is very conveniently placed. Utility services were great, we had no major issues. The reception services are effective and kind. The new property manager Mattia is a natural at his job. We all love him!

Harbour Court is a perfect student apartment with new room facilities and good surrounding environment near the city and convenient life. The staff here are also patient and friendly.It has been proved that the service of the apartment staff has always been of high standard. They will always pay attention to your problems at the first time, reply and solve them quickly. When I was scalded by the oven, I sent an email to reception asking for the address of the hospital, and soon got a detailed reply. What moved me was the reception staff came to check the details of the burn wound and gave some very useful suggestions.There are many things like this, including the ability of the staff to help copy documents, timely repair of small damage in the room, and so on. All of these make people feel at ease. When you have problems, you can always turn to the apartment staff.

Lived for one year at Harbour Court. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful - tried to make our stay comfortable by duly attending to our requests. Matt, especially, was very cooperative when I wanted to organise a get-together for a few friends in the Common Room.Thank you Team Harbour Court!

Harbour Court was a big part of my experience in Bristol. I made some good friends there and the staff was always very supportive. If you need something, you should ask the building administration.

You all have truly made my master's degree experience here in Bristol a wonderful one.I sincerely appreciate everything this accommodation has provided during my studies. This accommodation is so nice. It is fully equipped. And the receptionists are so friendly.

Best location and excellent facility. Most importantly, it has excellent support staff. Kudos to everyone who made our stay peaceful all along, especially to Mattia who has been very helpful and friendly.

Amazing rooms! I lived here for a year and loved everything in the accommodation. Very clean rooms and flat is cleaned every week! Best part is you dont have to pay to wash clothes. Its all inclusive
