Over the last few years Tom and his team have carpeted and floored our whole house. I cannot speak too highly about the fantastic friendly and professional service we have received from all the staff from Tom's first home visit to measure to the very last fit from his excellent team. Tom was a great help with selection, both in colour, style and price and, after decisions were made, makes sure everything flows smoothly from there. Nothing is too much trouble. I am so thankful I have not had to deal with a large supplier ready to sell me anything regardless and whack whatever I have chosen down with the eye on the cash. Thank you Tom and all the team! We are delighted. I can recommend Baildon Carpet Company without reservation.

I can't recommend Tom and the team at The Carpet Company highly enough. They've fitted several carpets in our old Victorian house, often with quirky layouts, and old ill-fitting doors, and they've always done an amazing job. Very prompt service, great quality, and also prices.

Amazing work from Tom, Andrew and Tom (the fitter).The service has been so good and when other companies couldn't arrange anything for months they were available straight away and accommodating moving around schedules to fit us. The floor looks brilliant and even when we damaged one of the tiles ourselves a few months later, they were around the following day to swap a new one in.If you want a great service, fantastic communication and brilliant price, these are the people for you. We researched larger firms like carpet right etc and they just didn't come close. love supporting a smaller family business.

I’m so happy with the work done by Tom and his team. Tom was knowledgeable and gave great advice on what works best. Pricing was fair and compared very favourably with some of the bigger companies where you end up subsidising other people’s interest free credit.We had a teenager’s bedroom carpet, Karndean dining room floor and a stair runner to compliment existing Karndean flooring in the hallway. I’m so happy with all of them!The fitters were friendly, turned up when they were supposed to, did a flawless fitting job and cleared up after themselves. Couldn’t ask for more. We have used The Carpet Company for two houses now and would highly recommend them to anyone. We would not go elsewhere for our carpets. Tom was extremely helpful on each visit to the shop for both our houses and made us feel at ease with choosing the right carpet, offering an honest and knowledgable service. Tom provided and fitted a Herdwick carpet for a bedroom. The service was first class from matching the carpet to a photo of something similar we had seen in a hotel where we had stayed to measuring up and fitting and cleaning up after fitting. I would recommend this shop to anybody.Dan HillIlkley
