I've bought a games console from here a while ago and it works very well. Good for both modern and retro gear. It's a bit on the small side compared with other branches I've been in, and they didn't have what I was looking for on this occasion.

Folks here pay good attention to customer and are patient in answering all the questions. Surprisingly the products are good. Got a C grade Apple Pencil and it works like gem.

I ordered a dslr lens online to click and collect from this store, picked it up, and now I'm back home I've realised that they haven't registered the item correctly, it doesn't match the online description of the item (wrong type of lens mount). They should check their products more carefully, what a waste of time...

Took my Airpods 2nd Generation to trade in, I had to wait a whole day for them to test it. Only to be told they're too quiet, I had cleaned them with isopropyl alcohol and a cotton swab prior to taking them in, to be returned them with someone's dirty earwax on them. Was told by my sister, as she had worked there before for years, that they're not meant to put them in their ears, but put them close to the ear for sound quality.
