Nico’s Car Wash

Friendly staff and fast service. Very good job on exterior but the interior was very disappointing- once I drove it into daylight I realised that the seats had only been cleaned lightly and hadn’t gone around the edges/ folds of seats so there was still sand and other bits there. The Plastic isofix slots were dirty. There was still toddler snacks in the side compartments and sticky mess so these hasn’t been touched and there was dust and marks on inside doors. I now have to do this all myself. Given that I paid £35 when I usually pay £17 for a decent inside/ outside job in Sudbury with a loyalty programme, I wouldn’t recommend this for interior cleans for the high price - I have had the car done in several places across country and in local area and this is by far the highest price. I would however recommend if it’s only the exterior you need doing.

Avoid! Took my Mini Cooper here however was charged £30 for a wash, vacuum and a very quick “polish”. It said on their price list £20 for hand polish, wash and vacuum for a “small car” but the boss wasn’t having any of it. I even had to finish off lots of areas that they had missed after a closer inspection at home.

Not sure why had bad reviews. Took car there today for a exterior clean. Did it teally quickly and looked good after completion

Absolutely terrible service. £20!! Yes £20 to clean the outside of my car and it’s been done to a terrible standard. Avoid at all costs!!!

Unprofessional guys there the owner scratched our car and won't be professional and sort it out just tries saying your nasty person when in fact you guys caused the damages . Please everyone stay well away if you care about your paint work because they will try and past the buck and say you did it elsewhere when in fact they did. I will certainly be spreading the word to everyone else so they are aware and carefull. Appalling service appalling customer service appalling attitude from guys

I've never seen 2 people wash a car so fast !! I paid £15 for a wash and wax (outside only) I doubt I was there even 10mins !!! It's clean and shiny so can't really complain, I would go back again. I just feel it could have been alittle slower/gentle

Took my brand new car there and was completely ignored by the two men there. Waited 20 mins and left. After reading the reviews on their scratching paintwork I’m glad I didn’t use them. Very rude and Completely zero interest in their customers

£30 for a car wash inside and out.. we’ll the dashboard was still dusty, dirt on outside of the car. Sears not been hoovered, car mats still dirty. Now I understand why they have a 3.5 rating, don’t use people to elsewhere. The reviews are true about this place
