Starseed Reiki Healing

This was my first ever Reiki session and what an amazing experience. Kelly explained the process in great detail with me and ensured I felt safe before we began. For the first time in a very long time I felt completely relaxed throughout the session and I’ve left feeling so much lighter. It feels like a huge physical & mental weight has been lifted. Kelly took the time to talk to me after the session and really help process my experience and I’m so grateful for that. She is a kind, warm & open person - I felt completely comfortable in her company. I wasn’t sure this was for me but I’m so glad I went, if you’re thinking about it - go for it!

Kelly is an amazing reiki practitioner who is professional and warm simultaneously. She is welcoming and caring and I was comfortable in her presence immediately. She took the time to explain the process to me as well as asking if there were any pain areas i would like her to focus on. I had been suffering with lower back pain for a number of weeks that had been affecting my sleep. Similarly I’d be experiencing stress and anxiety which had also been impacting my sleep. Following on from my amazing first reiki session I slept so much better and my stress levels had dropped dramatically, I will be returning for more reiki with Kelly. Couldn’t recommend this wonderful lady more, professional and kind hearted.

I'd never had reiki before and the session completely exceeded my expectations. Kelly was really attentive and talked me through everything beforehand, taking the time to find out why I'd come and what I felt I needed from the session. The session itself fantastic and afterwards I felt lighter and refreshed. The feedback Kelly gave me in relation to my chakras was incredibly insightful and resonated very strongly with things happening in my life as well as deeper seated issues that I'd not even considered might be playing a part. I would absolutely recommend anyone thinking of trying reiki to book a session with Kelly.

Being a Reiki novice I had no idea what to expect going in but Kelly was fantastic and really put me at ease. She explained the process and the principles upon which Reiki is based very thoroughly and gave me ample opportunity to ask questions.She provides a lovely therapeutic space within her home and her gentle and kind nature are immediately evident and make for a very calming atmosphere.The gives a reading at the end and a take away message which was a lovely touch I thought. Overall I'd say that the experience gave me the opportunity to refocus and I walked out with a sense of calm that I had not felt in quite some time.Highly recommend both Kelly and the services she provides.

What an experience start to finish!Was made to feel settled from the get go, all treatment details explained from the introduction.Treatment left me speechless afterwards in a good way and even got tearful at the end but all related to a deeper connection and realising that me time was needed.Following days a little achy but drank lots of water and felt much better for having the treatment.
