Club Rattan - Furniture for Outdoor Living

Read all the reviews beforehand and still decided to give it a go. I've ordered one of the top set 4 weeks ago and promptly received an email the next working day stating the set was dispatched.Since then, customer service was responsive at first via chat until the order number was given to check for updates, but after that no replies whatsoever.Quite randomly today I received an email of refund without stating the reason nor an apology.Complete waste of time and absent customer service.Not a reputable company.I will go somewhere else where you can actually see the product, ascertain that is in stock and having reassurances + customer service provided at minimal regarding delivery.

Delivery 2 days after order placed. Good quality product, very comfy.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! It is great when it first arrives but it does not last NOT EVEN 2 YEARS!. For only being out for 4 months a year and fully covered the rest with the cushions stored in the garage. The rattan becomes brittle and snaps. Even under the glass table where you have no wear and tear has broken. I had to select 1 star as it would not allow me to post with no star. I would strongly recommend you not purchase this product!

No problem with the furniture delivery and happy with the set. Unfortunately the delivery driver drove into our neighbours fence and caused substantial damage to it. Very apologetic and told us to get in touch with the company to claim damages as it was 100% his fault by his own admission. These things happen - however despite l multiple attempts to get in touch with the company after 3 weeks, they haven’t even bothered to respond other than to say ‘your email has been forwarded to the director’. Pretty shocking service and very disappointing as we are happy with the furniture.

Had a corner set now for 3y and the table top is crumbling and sinking. The weave is literally splitting and giving way by the day causing the table top to sink. And customer services won’t support - only advising to buy a new set! Poor quality. Would not recommend. Cushions also deteriorate in quality despite being brought in after every use.

Ordered Bali garden furniture set couple month ago and it was delivered on time, very reasonably priced and good value for money! We were impressed with customer service of Club Rattan- our table top was delivered slightly dented and by sending an email- we have received replacement part within 1 week. Overall we are very happy with the product quality we have received and we would like to recommend Club Rattan!

Ordered a rattan table and chairs from this company, the armchair came split so i had to glue this together myself (as seen in pictures), after a couple of years the actual rattan on the table has all split which looks ugly under the clear glass, even though we cover table and chairs after use.. The company would only give me a small discount on a new table to be ordered. The metal is also rusting which obviously wont last long. Wouldn't buy from here again

Ordered last Friday delivered on Tuesday. Brilliant service quality fantastic. I had brought a similar product from another company a few weeks before the same price. Needed 2 but couldn't get another one of the same. The club ratten product is far superior in quality than my other one.

I experienced a valid fault after 2 years. This company not only agreed without quibble, they arranged for a new item to be shipped to me to replace the faulty item within a week. Often you do not know how good a company is until you have an issue. Club Rattan are a quality outfit with excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Don’t deliver on time. Waiting for so long with no updates, spoke with someone on WhatsApp and they just stop talking to me when I asked them about my order.
