Absolute disgrace, when you return the car they hit you with a massive bill for damage that was already done. The first car they sent had faulty brakes.

Nice people. The car, a 3 series BMW was not what I call the premium range but then that it quite subjective. Unlimited mileage came also as a petrol which is obviously more expensive. All in all an average service

Absolutely awful company, I’m surprised they’re still in business. On day of delivery, the car arrived 2 hours late. The customer service over the phone on the day was inaccurate and terrible, the driver offered no apologies saying “we’ve had loads of deliveries”. The few times I’ve needed to speak to Thrifty again, I was met by a rude and disinterested customer service agent. I would avoid at all costs.

would highly recommend this branch, lovely staff especially the drivers Gurdeep and Kam, so polite and helpful. They went out of there way to deliever my car at a time and place that suited me. Thank you guys, made my day so much easier.

Absolute cowboys!I booked a van for the following day, received a confirmation email. I was so pleased to find a great price unfortunately as the saying goes “if it’s to good to be true, it probably is”When I arrived at their office I was faced by an extremely rude staff member. Not surprisingly, told me that the reservation was not confirmed and if I wanted the van for today the price was almost triple.Absolutely avoid at all cost!!

Absolutely amazing experience with thrifty. Upgraded to a better car, great customer service, great price, hassle-fee extension of the vehicle when i decided i needed it for another week. Extremely impressed by the level of care and service provided to me by Liv Dube. He's a real asset to the company. I've even recommended Thrify to all friends and family. I have also recommended thrifty to the company i work for as we use rental vehicles quite a lot.
