Great customer service, especially from Alice who helped me with my mini purchase. She made the experience, which can be quite overwhelming, much easier. I was looked after and kept up to date right up to driving off in my new mini, which I love. Thank you!!

My daughters Mini came in for a Major service and Diagnosis for a gearbox fault, she was pre-called the day before by Claire on the first visit for the Service and Ellen on the second visit for the gearbox repair, the loan car was clean and fuelled, she was updated during the day on both occasions and the Mini was all cleaned when she came to collect.Thank you Vines for making this process so easy.Stay safe

Efficient end of warranty service and MOT conducted professionally and well within the promised time frame. Ellen on mini reception was really helpful and kept me informed of what was happening.

So a true test of any business is when things don't quite go to plan and I have to say that Vines Mini excelled in this.I'd originally hoped to secure one specific Cooper S but that car turned out to be no longer available. James, Mark and Chris worked tirelessly to find me an alternative with a great deal, so I really cannot fault them at all.They were also extremely patient with me and gave me time to make my final decision.

First time i’ve used the garage and very impressed with the professional set up of the operation and the service given. Also very good value. I had the choice of 3 main dealers all around the same distance from my house but will certainly be using Vines Gatwick going forward

My first experience of Vines Gatwick since buying a JCW soft top from their Guildford branch, a year ago. Very unimpressed. Having booked the car in a few weeks earlier through a central phone line, a day or so before I was due to take the car in to get a few things checked, I got a call to say they could check out the problems (including awful handling and lumpy performance when cold), but were too busy to fix any issues they might find. So I would need to bring the car in a second time, to get any work done. It was one of the strangest conversations I can remember - the lady kept telling me how hard she was trying to help me, whilst being deeply unhelpful throughout. I ended up cancelling the appointment and will have to find another garage to help out.UPDATE 24 JULY: Vines posted a reply, asking me to email their marketing address, and giving the impression (to anyone else reading my review) that they genuinely wanted to help. I did so and, a week later, have received no reply. Nothing, not even a holding email. So just layering more bad feedback on top of my original 1-star review! What is going on with Vines customer service?

Good and competent service after recognising not looking into main problem a month ago at same garage. MOT inspector pointed out problem wasn’t fixed. Cashed on my extended warranty twice within 6 weeks. Compared to German standards still a way to go in terms of initial diagnosis/investigation rather than a quick fix in first instance. Ellen at Gatwick branch was great in recognising failures, re-investigating and organising replacement car for a week.

Really unhappy took the car on 18 oct and got it back only on 1NovI called many times and i never got a call back, for 3 emails i got one reply, this was the worst service . I had clutch issueSytner HW did ut in 2 days and the are highly responsive and i was updated status periodically

Rang to arrange a valuation and was told ‘he had more pressing things to do and someone would ring me tomorrow!’ Had valuation out of curiosity and was told an email would be sent… still waiting. Hence we didn’t and would never use mini Gatwick again
