Went here after 4 years of persistent pain in left knee when running, I'm only 21 years old. I saw two physios through the NHS, both didn't help at all as they didn't know whay was wrong. Within one session at AAC, zain ul explained that leg strength wasn't the issue - it was the timing. I used his advice to alter my training and I have just played a full 90 minute game of football for the first time in 3 years. Definitely recommend

Brilliant at explaining things, and trying to efficiently resolve issues. Aims to address the root of the problem in as less time as possible. You know you can trust him when he encourages you to NOT book another appointment which would make him some money, and instead call for advice (at no charge) if needed.

Very professional and explains the process and what to expect from your individual treatment very well.
