Liz has been an amazing hypnotherapist for me. She took the time to discuss my issues and understand it without any judgements, which made me feel heard and safe. She tested different hypnosis techniques and asked what was working best for me to tailor the sessions, which I really liked as I found that not all techniques were suitable for me. Along the sessions, I could see the progresses made thanks to her support and finished my therapy with tools that I can now take away to keep working on my issues, but also for any other issues that would arise in the future. I would definitely recommend her! Many thanks for your support Liz :)

I would highly recommend Liz, I first went to see her with some eating and sleep concerns. Liz took some time to get to know me and helped me work towards overcoming the issues I was experiencing. Very thoughtful and passionate person and I would certainly look to return to see her.

Liz is a wonderful hypnotherapist and very skilled at what she does. She has, through the sessions, given me different strategies to use in regards to my eating habits. Liz is highly professional and I instantly warmed to her. I would have no hesitation in recommending Liz to others, she is absolutely great!

I went to see Liz with an eating issue and some other issues which were effecting my life and well being .I opted to make a block booking after our initial session .The difference made has been tremendous and am now very positive on the journey ahead in life.A positivity has now replaced my previous negative thoughts.I would fully recommend Change For Good Therapies.

I was unsure if this type of therapy would help with such a severe phobia. Having tried NHS psychology for a year and still being unable to attend any medical treatment. After a few sessions I felt a definite shift in my fear before my appointment for an MRI scan, I was less worried the night before and managed to walk in without crying.. I carried out the procedure and was in total shock.Facing a major operation I decided to carry on with sessions beforehand hoping that I could get through it.. I am writing this today out of theatre and home recovering, something a few months ago I wouldn't have managed without the therapy.I would definitely recommend the therapy and 100% convinced it works I am walking proof.

I would highly recommend Liz as she is an amazing hypnotherapist who helped me overcome a severe phobia that had been affecting aspects of my life for many years. She always made me feel at ease and listened to my worries without judgement. Additionally, Liz has provided me with many different techniques to help me in the future with any issues I may face. Having struggled with sleep on and off for a number of years, Liz guided me and provided me with several tools to aid better sleep. I am extremely happy and grateful for the results I am experiencing. I would recommend Liz 100%. She is knowledgeable in many techniques and really listens in order to find the best method(s) for you. Be prepared to do homework - you will see results faster!!

I first approached Liz with a lot of health anxiety and she was initially very positive asking questions and getting to know me and my life with this anxiety. After 7 sessions I can confidently say I am much more confident in dealing with any anxieties that occur (which are far and few between now) and able to combat these negative thoughts. I can’t thank Liz enough for helping me take back control of my life and I would not hesitate to return if further issues and anxieties occurred in years to come.
