Always a problem with an order. They always forgetting about staff from orders. They don’t care. Food could be better. Not putting any salt on fries very common. And then arguing that they did. Terrible.

Firstly the staff were spot on and very efficient and polite with a customer first attitude 10/10.. SO!!! Asked for really hot food instead of the luke warm stuff you normally get from McDonald's, and got really hot food, and it transformed it into really nice food" from "well it was ok food" Way forward for me at every McDonald's now!!"

Although it was late in the evening and few people around, there was a long wait for food, not what I expect from McDonald's. The fries had clearly been kept warm for a long time. I don't mind waiting if I know food is being prepared fresh as at Tim Hortons, but there should be no wait at McDonald's.

Food missing from order said I would be refunded I was but only £1.60 when one of missing items (wrap) cost £4.59 and not the first time it's happened either it's a boody joke never ordering mcdonalds again

We arrived together 6 of us,ordered by touchscreen for a morning treat.Order took incredibly long time to get to me as i was standing waiting for it.Other orders were delivered to tables while i was still waiting even though my number was on board saying collect now.After another 10 minutes my order came out, i took it to table.After passing it out was short 3 breakfast orders.No reason given for wait or mistake,very shabby for a normally well run franchise.Dont go there for fast service.

As a FAST food outlet, this particular place sometimes struggles to serve simple items on time even when they make them on time. Yes,food is great, no questions there , but the colleagues need to pay more attention to serving customers just-in-time. As an example, my mate has ordered a simple coffee , but had to wait for more than 20 minutes, although the coffee was made straight away, but the assistant has forgotten to serve it, so just left on the shelf.

It's probably one of the worst breakfast meals I've had. Burnt mcmuffin. Ripped apart, half the muffin top missing. Thrown together, then what looked like it was tumble dried and wrapped.The tables and the floor were dirty, even after someone just moped. It needs a good vacuum. Disgusting.
