I have fairly recently discovered Rick and I am SO glad I did. I don't have any significant issues, a sore back from carrying a 2 year old and bending over during work. As a professional running coach and Firefighter I also aim to see Ric before I get injured to ensure I maintain a healthy, balanced body and reduce the risk of injuries occurring.
