unbelievable customer service! I have never dealt with such a ridiculous company, it would be laughable if not for it being so shocking. read all the paperwork, complied with the delivery requirement and even stated the request on their paper work prior to ordering.they don't read there own delivery notes and then refuse to pay for costs incurred. they apparently have a customer service dept bit whatever they say has to be relayed through someone else!!!pay the extra go elsewhere, you have been warned.
