I would highly recommend Direct ear car to anyone! He was very informative and was able to understand exactly what was wrong with my ear and what the best course of action was moving forward! He reassured me it was a safe procedure with no added pain, he was extremely patient and because of him I am now on the mend!I live in London and travel for work so at the the time I was in Manchester and drove to Preston to see direct ear care, I would happily make the trip from London if needs be in the future!Thank you again for all of your help!

Ibrahim was first class. I was in pain and couldn’t hear out my left heat and tried everything to clear it. Ibrahim put me at rest and explained everything about the process and gave me back my hearing and I highly recommend him. 1st class.

Great and friendly service from Ibrahim Musa! He was very inclusive and talked directly to me (as a blind person) he made me feel welcome as soon as I entered his office.
