We moved locally and the lads were amazing! We went for the full pack option and i cant fault anything!

Very responsive and a professional service. Two day move and no complaints.

The removal team and Jade were great.The rest absolutely abysmal. I did a video walk round and showed and explained how much stuff I had to be moved. The team arrive and the team leader says the van is too small to take everything, and we hadn't even got to the garage. Said it was odd that a walk round in person hadn't been done as videos were only during COVID.Spoke to Jade (very helpful), but after a lot of back and forth with her manager, we moved what we could.We're then informed that it will cost £600 to move the rest of the stuff in a 500 cubic foot van.How the walk round missed that much I don't know. I even over estimated some box amounts and sizes just to be cautious.Thankfully we found another way.I'd suggest you do the same....maybe post everything to your new house.Or hire a milk float!But this is not over by a long shot!
