Open car park in busy part of town, overlooked by platforms 13 and 14 of Piccadilly station, and covered well by CCTV, plus the JustPark app is easy to use; only downside is the spaces are a wee bit tight, but it’s only £4 for 12 hours and £6 for 24h, which is really good value!

Guaranteed parking?? Not quite.I booked in advance on the app and paid for 24hour parking as it is so convenient for picadilly station, freight island and macdonald hotel Manchester.Bargain price of £6 for 24 hours.Unlike how airport parking works when you book in advance turn up at the barrier and it reads your reg. No the gate is open so anyone can park so you could pay in advance to book and end up with no space as this is a busy car park.Lucky for me I arrived with 1 space available for me to squeeze into.My advice turn up early or pay when you arrive .

Good value for money but absolutely No idea why the parking instructions sign is so far up in the air?! Or why the tariffs aren't visible until you've downloaded the app. That's not acceptable to not let people know how much it is beforehand. I don't do apps and all that rubbish, you don't need the hassle of having to download stuff just to park, when you've come from our of town and don't know the area very well. Should be called AGGROJusttoPark

Been charged with a £170 fine for being in the car park for 15 mins as their app didn’t work to let me make payment. I moved to another car park and stayed there and now issued with this fine. Their customer services have directed me around and around for hours, and no one taking accountability for this. Absolutely awful service.

We used Just park and parked at the Travis Street Surface Car Park (Drive-Up)999 Travis Street, Manchester, M1 2PG for £4.7 for the whole day. And 12 mins to walk to city centre. If you use Apple map, make sure you drop a pin the the entrance of the car park, or it will take you somewhere else random.You don’t need to prebooked as if there was no space when you get there, you wouldn’t be guaranteed a space.You can download the Just park app from App Store, - took a few seconds. Then put in your reg and time for the stay. -minimum 12 hours. For £4.7 if you Nate not opted in for text reminder and receipt. You don’t actually need them. It’s right next to Manchester Piccadilly station. There were a lot of nice car parked there, so didn’t think it was not safe. All good for our stay.

Got a space quite easily. Fast and easy app payment. 4.4 Pounds for 12 hours which is not bad at all. The location is good too, next to the Picadilly Rail Station.

I used their app at pay for parking and app used my old car registration and not my new one i didnt notice when i reached out for help after a PCN They refused to help me and said i had to take it up with the company CMP ( UK Car Park Management Ltd ) That sent the notice even after appealing and sending proof that i owned the previous vehicle and proof that i had paid for the time that i was in there they rejected the appeal i went back to just park to see if they could help me and they just said no. Very disappointed for something so small that they refused to help. wont be using this parking app again!
