Minster Self Drive - Car & Van Hire
Well, the price may be fair but the staff are appalling. I used this service back in January when moving home and I was genuinely shocked at the attitude from the office staff. In all honesty, the lack of professionalism makes me wish I had went elsewhere.The Sunderland branch staff would benefit massively even if they just took the time to read and understand the meaning of the term customer service.Safe to say I'd recommend avoiding if you want a good friendly service.

I wasnt sure what size van i would need to hire but was advised by staff beforehand and size was perfect. Advised on what documents etc to bring.Pick up and Drop off very easy. Staff were friendly and professional.Van was clean and reliable. Price very reasonable.Would highly recommend

Been using this hire service in sunderland for yrs now and they really cheap and great serve i paid 50£ for the hire of the van and £200 deposit which was refunded a few days after we returned the van would keep using this place

We moved house this week and the lads at minster made it so much nicer! A friendly face and bit of banter really made the day better. Thank you, lads, for not being grumpy and bringing a smile to a very busy and stressful day. Will certainly be recommending minster to our friends and family.

Outstanding service at the Sunderland Branch from Wayne. Despite my requesting a very late booking in an emergency, Wayne went above-and-beyond to provide a first-class service. From start to finish he was professional, courteous and efficient. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend! I would definitely hire from again, really good prices, nice vans and great customer service. Denise made the process really easy and was super helpful, my deposit was back on my card stright away after handing the van back.Seems like a really good team at the Sunderland branch and also safe secure parking for your car.

Needed to hire a van for 24 hrs. Paperwork required was clearly explained over the phone. Staff were friendly and helpful on pick up and return. Van was in good order. Hire rate was excellent. Would definatley reccomend.
