Very friendly and helpful staff speedily gave my car tyre the necessary attention.

Worst place to replace a tyre. I had a very bad experience. I came back with the wheel damaged in two different places. I witnessed the damage when the guy replacing the tyre placed the bead break shovel on the diamond cut wheel rather on the tyre. The guys don't know how to replace a tyre. Three people had a go at taking the tyre off and putting a new one back on. When I pointed to the damage which one of the worker tried to conceal using dirty grease they became hostile. they didn't torque the wheel bolts to the correct level and left the tyre dirty. I had to go else where to get the tyre torqued up to the correct levels. complete disregard to the customer safety and looking after the customer property. The person in charge" bullied me into paying the full price for the wheel despise the obvious damage which i saw them inflicting on the wheel with my own eyes and made up some story that he will report this to the manager. two weeks since the incident and I haven't heard back.The other reason why I won't go there again is the entrance to the place is filthy and full of nails and sharp metal which comes from the wood yard opposite it. I went there to replace my tyre based on good reviews online but I am not sure if this is an isolated incident or a norm. I definitely won't go again and not holding my breath for my damaged wheel to get fixed. If I hear anything back I will update this post."

Can’t turn up to an appointment made by yourselves. If you can’t make it why say that you can? I could have saved myself a lot of wasted time by going elsewhere.
