We ran out of oil and Nick, who we spoke to on the phone and by email, was incredible. He arranged a next day delivery at a great price, and Matthew (who delivered the oil) was wonderful - very friendly and professional. All around a fantastic service and we'll definitely be ordering from here again - albeit not as last minute next time!

123Oil were great when we ran out of oil (during a fuel shortage), when our usual supplier was unable to help. They delivered within just 48hrs, were quick at responding to questions, and provided efficient, super-friendly service. Great!

Brilliant Service. I needed an old heating tank and oil collecting. Contacted 123 Oil at 4.30pm and they had completed the job by 10.30am the next day. Don’t look any further if you want a company that genuinely cares, provides a fast, reliable and friendly service. Would definitely recommend 123 Oil.

123 oil gave really excellent service! We had run out of oil and they delivered next day, at a reasonable price. The driver then waited to see if our boiler would restart, but as it didn't he spent the next half hour bleeding the boiler and making sure it was running well before he left. Unusually good customer service, and so we shall definitely use this company again.

Was stuck with out fuel and 123 oil came to my rescue couldn’t recommend them enough if I cud give them more than 5 stars I wud. Matt went above and beyond and got my delivery done within a hour.

I ordered 100 litres of heating oil on Friday 14 May (we had run down the tank and were really short so we could not have the heating on at all), but they said they would deliver the following Monday, so I was not too concerned. The order did not arrive on the Monday and there was no communication from 123oil at all. I left numerous voice messages trying to find out what was happening and followed up with emails but I had absolutely no response from them (which, of course, made we worry that maybe I had been scammed! So I froze my bank account). To my relief, the oil arrived the following day, Tuesday 18 May. However, only 80 litres were delivered, not 100. I was told to follow up with 123oil, which I dutifully did - but to this day have not heard a peep from them.Update - 7 June. The company has now refunded the balance.

Due to faulty gauge we ended up with no oil - so not heating and no hot water when it was -1 outside! Our usual suppliers were useless and very unhelpful. Everyone on Google was offering same day delivery but 123 were the only people that could actually deliver that service. They were brilliant - calm, helpful and friendly and, better still delivered our oil by 15.30 the same day! I am now closing my account with our usual supplier and switching over to 123.

Let down by others companies we were then promised an emergency oil delivery - we were then told the driver was on his way & would be with us before midday. We called over ten times & were told again the driver was on his way. We then got hold of the driver who had not left & had no intention of doing the delivery. Pregnant wife - no oil & young kids & 123 have been despicable. Both men we spoke to sounded drunk - DO NOT USE this company
