The staff here are so friendly!! This really is a great shop, they have a huge variety of liquids to chose from, I have tried several of the vapour freaks liquids and the quality is amazing! The prices are great too!! I have tried a few shops in the local area and they don't compare to Express in price, liquids and customer service. If you get a chance make sure to go and visit.

Brought a voopoo drag a few days ago. Customer service was great. They took the time to go through everything to make sure I got the right device for me. Most shops rush you and can't wait to take your money- they didn't. Even though there were more expensive devices I was shown the ones that would suit my needs better that were actually cheaper.Kareem I think his name was behind the desk, very knowledgeable and answered all my questionsUnfortunately had a slight leakage problem with the tank so took it back the next day. It was changed immediately with no quibble. Great after sales. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend. Thanks

RESPONSE TO OWNER ***********Your colleague is clearly lying then, the tank was never smashed .. and the charger port was faulty after only having for a couple of weeks it fell apart, you didn’t wish to do anything yourself yet when I spoke to head office and provided the photos of the faulty product they sent me out a brand new and apologised on your behalf.Not a fake review at all, it was me and partner who both commented after we both had poor customer service from yourself, this matter has been passed to HR and they have dealt with it the way it should of been dealt with by yourself , looking from your reviews you can’t accept negative feedback and blame them all on being fake reviews ! I am more than happy to phone your store and speak to yourself to confirm this isn’t a fake review and also to post the pictures of the emails between myself and HR and the photos of the faulty product you sold to myself !****AVOID**** disgusting customer service, sell faulty products, lie about warranty! Have had to open a case with HR as they are breaking so many rules within their terms and conditions for their warranty! Manager is vile and aggressive and has no customer service skills at all.

They have cancelled my order without explaining me the reason ,which is already paid, but they have refunded the money.

Oh my god! Just popped in to this amazing shop! The lady that looked after me clearly knows the value of customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend I will be back!

Great staff, Nicky makes you feel so welcome with free chips & a dip in the curry sauce, great products at competitive prices & knowledge of products they sell.Will definitely shop there again with my granddaughter.

Don't bother, waited a week for a delivery, ended up being a replacement I was not informed off nor wanted. I was told they had run out of the brand I asked for, they also only sent 1 when I asked for 2.Now waiting on week 3 for the 2nd item of a brand I didn't ask for, no communication or emails either.Order #24996
