I ordered some seasonal flowers whilst away for valentine's Day as they are local and the bouquet was huge, full of red, white and pink colours and such pretty flowers. It was very well received, and would definitely use them again.

A beautiful display of red roses delivered in a ready-to-display box in time for our anniversary. Some of the best quality roses I have ever seen, and still on display, and more beautiful than ever, several days later. My wife was very pleased to received them, what more can you ask.

I have used this florist twice now and they have not only delivered flowers on time but they have been above excellent with communication. When they weren’t sure if my order online was entirely correct, they telephoned me immediately and they also sent me emails when they had delivered them. I am very pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs flowers delivered in Suffolk. Many thanks for making my relative very happy and for stopping me from worrying whether the flowers have been delivered.

I ordered the Fabulously Fragrant bouquet for my mother's birthday. I was very pleased that the bouquet was delivered on time and did indeed smell fragrant. However I was a little disappointed that the bouquet did not look quite as opulent as the advertised photo on the website (and indeed the other beautiful bouquets other reviewers have posted photos of below).

We LOVE this florist, local, dependable, flexible, GREAT flowers beautifully arranged especially when you ask for them to make the choice of seasonal flowers. Last time we ordered the recipient decided not to be at home on her birthday, so we rang the night before and they changed the delivery address - no problem! Thank you and keep up the good work

I ordered the Summer Garden Large Bouquet for a friend in Bury St. Edmunds. I chose Fleur De Lys because I liked the name and their selection of flowers on their website. I live in North Carolina so I was a bit worried that the address I had for my friend would not be sufficient. But lo' and behold it was delivered without a hitch and my friend loved the birthday bouquet!!I sent a message to the florist the morning of the delivery and they got back to me promptly.I highly recommend Fleur de Lys!

Absolutely sterling service for my Auntie’s funeral. Excellent website, which allowed me to choose all the things I wanted at a very reasonable price. Great communication throughout, and even accommodated a last minute change of delivery address, called me to let me know that it was out of the area so I could pay the difference, and still made sure the flowers arrived at the funeral home in a timely fashion. As for the flowers themselves, they were clearly put together with love and care, and were a talking point at the funeral. Thank you for giving my Auntie the beautiful send off she deserved.
