Willingham Surgery

On Friday 24th June I visited my son who was in awful pain with a tooth.. his dentist had referred him to another practice twice for extracting.He apparently needs his doctor to give them permission because he is on bloody thinners and needs a 3 day break.I rang the willingham practice at 5.20 to be put in a Q.After 20 mins I had to hang up as I needed the loo.I then dialed again to be put back in a Q 50 mins later the practice had closed leaving me on hold!!!Not good enough!!

I have been at this surgery for many years & rate it v highly. We all have bad days & so can medical staff. It's not perfect, nothing can be but I got an appt with the nurse within one hour recently. I've never had to wait longer than a week for an appt. They all display care & compassion even when the technology drives us all mad!!! The health authority makes up alot of the rules & pharmaceutical companies dont always deliver on time, but hey this surgery is high end in comparison to the ones in gainsborough & I would be reluctant to move out of its borough. This is my personal perspective, well done to all the staff. Thanku x

Everything about this practice is amazing, if I have a problem I get to see someone on the same day, thankyou so much for always being there for me.

I have never been to a doctors surgery that are so efficient, the care they provide is amazing and I’ve never struggled to get an appointment. Myself or my daughter are always seen within 24 hours if needed. Can’t praise them enough.

Quick efficient service from Dispensary. I work away from home as a Carer and had insufficient stock for my time away.Thank you one and all.

I've been going to this surgery for years. The staff are welcoming, kind and compassionate. I've never had a problem getting an appointment, which seems unusual in these times. Any problems I have had have been promptly dealt with and I feel lucky that myself and my family are able to access this kind of care.

Ridiculous waiting times for prescriptions. Please allow up to 5 working days"... 10 working days later and no sign of them

Though my wife and I only been a patient here for 4 months, on the few occasions we have asked for help, it has been faultless, often within a few hours of getting in touch you have either seen the Doctor or Nurse. If you managed to see our old GP's which would often take days, as you walked through the door they would look at the time and make sure you were out within 10 minutes and it appeared if it was not something they could deal within that 10 minutes they resolved it by referring you elsewhere, putting a strain on other services.I have not observed this methodology at Willingham and I feel if they can treat you they will, all I can add is we feel blessed being able to join the Willingham Practice.
